Can not use invoke

I have a level 36 paladin and all was fine until I entered Helms hold now I can not use the invoke function at all, I have tried for 3 days now and it just doe's not do it. I am not sure if it can be fixed or I need to delete the toon but I am pretty upset and missing all the stuff I should be getting daily. Anyone else having this issue?

Check to make sure you don't have any items in your overflow bag.

I don't and it still will not work, was working the day before and I went in helm's ford and it stopped

I have a level 19 Hunter with the same problem. Was working fine the day before, and now all i get is the animation with no buff or reward. Works fine with my other char (17 Pally). Tried for the past 2 days just case it had a 24 hour timer.

Updated: logged out, closed the app, reset the console, and logged back in and found a Celestial Bag in my overflow for some reason. Invoke works again now.

Level 17 ranger here. I have not been able to receive anything from invoke. Screen just stays dark. I did complete the quest though. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thank you.
