Odds of new armor Mod 10

Thinking about elemental reinforcing my dragonflight gear on my GWF. Started some armor reinforcement kits too. I just hope new armor doesn't come out mod 10. Its probably still a few months away though...hmmmm

    AWw fack, I see new PVP armor in the tradebar. Can you point me in the direction of the new PVE armor?
