Underdark campaign still locked

To the best of my knowledge, I have completed all the prerequisites to unlock the Underdark campaign, however, it is still locked. Friends of mine with whom I group and help level up say theirs is unlocked. How can I tell if I am missing something or if it is just a glitch?

I am having the same issue, did you figure that out? It tells me when I click on the campaign that I need to speak to Spider in the Tavern but when I go there he is not there so very confused.

Found this, I think I figured it out! Skip to 13:21 in video, basically there should be a new area called Mantol-Derith on your travel map, go there and talk to the dwarf dude again.
