Sudden storm bugged on uneven terrain

Sudden Storm ability will not hit enemies if the line goes through terrain and their above it or if they are below the line, it will only hit enemies if they are on straight even areas. Gained the ability while in Helms hold which has a lot of uneven terrain and it fails to hit a lot of the time due to this environmental factor.

The line should adjust for terrain, but nope.
