R1 Ability Not Working

As that title says, quite often while playing as my GWF my R1 Unstoppable mode will not activate I will simply sit at full Determination for an entire fight without it working, and sometimes it will work at the start of the fight, stop working mid way thru then just start working again mins later.

Please fix.
