Zen Purchase Issue

I bought zen through PS store yesterday but it hasn't gone through my Neverwinter account.

I cant make my own thread, but something along this lines. My son and me BOTH have PSN accounts with 2 characters each. I bough Zen for the VIP and when receiveing the "First time" chest it got sent to my alternate which since i was switching accounts to verify purchase I assumed the email would also arrive to my MAIN char. after waiting nothing happened so I decided to open items and the chest ended up bound to my ALTERNATE. At this point we assumed "User Error" so lets NOT do this for my son. We had his main char logged we we purchase the ZEN, we BOUGHT the VIP on HIS main Account.. and still no "First time" purchase email. We waited about 10 min then switched and SURE enough he received the email on his ALT. what we decided to try was to MAIL the unopened chest to his main and see if it would work. And yes he was able to unlock the chest on his MAIN account unlike me. So please look into this bug.
