have not received my free character slot

can anyone tell me why i haven't received my free character slot to my account after i had gotting my frist time buyer's pack cause when i tried to log in and out while going to the claim merchant that nothing i found is working for how am aware of this being a bug cause when i did check my email as well i found nothing was there since i did get my war dog like everything else but that

I to have not received a character slot , started with 2, bought rank 1 vip which took it to 3, then bought 500 zen through psn and should of got another taking me to 4, got everything else but not the slot, any news on whats happening with this as it was about a week ago and still hasnt turned up.
