Dungeon members bars and info missing

This morning (22/07) i've tried to join a dungeon entering a queue and joining 2 random players.

When i entered the dungeon, health bars and info of my companions on the left side of the hud, was completely missing, like i was in the dungeon alone.

I've checked but i was in group with them, and we was playing normally, as usual.

Plus, i was not dropping nothing: no coins, no items, no ? green or blue gears.

This is happening everytime (i've tried to enter 7 dungeons in 2 hours): i've tried to logout, but it still happening.

same has been happening to me today on skirmishes. Yet my second character works fine which is total wierd
