All my expired items are stuck. Taking up spaces and holding up high value relists No support reply after 12 hrs sending ticket and I've spent 310.00 on this game

we don't have gate way. same thing happening to me. after they disappear from the expire screen they are NOT being sent to my mailbox either. they are just disappearing. you cannot retrieve them.

Same issue here, sucks because it uses up slots.

it sucks because i cant post anything new, i have items that are sold from highest bidder that is still there. so basicly HAMSTER them too.

Seems silly a PS4 user have to do this thing via website anyway, when it's suppose to be a fully working Auction HOuse ingame. (obviously false advertising of a crappy / half assed product)

Consoles do not use gateway, that is for PC accounts only.

Having same problem 8 slots are as "Expired" and they're worth 90k ad :/

yeah same here guys same problem and the annoying thing is i like playing the AH so what am i meant to do now? does anyone know of any fixes or to stop this from happening? apart from keeping an eye on the time limits of the items you put up.

I had an item expire after the maintance/update yesterday that is stuck. Now I have another item stuck today. It looks to be progressive.

Got same problem with mine all the items I had listed during the update sold or unsold are saying expired and stuck in my consignment list

i have the same problem sorry to post here but there is no in game support for ps4 yet so it says to post here and i bought a mount but just says im winning and its just sitting expired in the consignment list very annoying so please fix this

Bid on rings to salvage during 2x diamonds, but they are stuck in the auction house. Still winning bid, not items in my mail. No one out bid bcuz no diamonds in my mail either. PLEASE FIX!!!

Exact same thing here happening to me recently, a week or so, I reckon the most recent update brought the issue in for me.

I have like 15 slots taken by "expired" items in the consignment list, and it's going to get a lot worse since I have like 20 other sales still running...

First guy posted a month ago, which doesn't really lead to optimism...

I can't make bids, if Arcsoft doesn't fix [remake] the AH that will major effect revenue. I stayed on WoW just to do AH, and I bought a pro booster from you yesterday, ya, just for fun, which makes no sense at all if the AH doesn't work as expected. I can't work professions! PRIORITY!
