Problem with Plague Tower mission

Hello.
I have a huge problem and probably there is some bug or problem with map. I'm stuck on a mission "Plague Tower", at the moment when the map is loading exactly to the tower. Screen stops, there is no loading map. Stopping and disabling Neverwinter application on PS4 not helping. I can't abandon the mission, because after logging to my character, game immediately takes me to the map of the mission... but map is not loaded, everything stops and nothing moves. What can I do?

It should remove you if you stay logged out over 10 mins.
