Will the "Race Reroll Token" allow you to choose ANY race in the game to change to? Or do you already need to have the appropriate packs (i.e. Dragonborn Pack..).

    you have to have access to the race in the first place. so if you want dragonborn, you have to buy the pack, you want mezzoberanyyr renegade, have to buy the pack first

    if you dont own those, and race re-roll you can choose any other race available to you
