Constant server not responding freezes

Every time I go to the enclave my character freezes and "server not responding" pops up, sometimes I get the error before it even loads the zone. It even happens, though less often, in other areas like Blacklake. This has been happening since the first time I logged on and is continuing to be a major issue. I know it's not my internet connection as I'm able to play other online games (e.g. Destiny) with little to no problem. I loved this game on PC and even purchased the early access onyx pack, but to this point it's been unplayable

I bought the early starter pack and had no issues playing the game until the free-to-play date. Now, I can barely play due to the lag and disconnect issues. I've also submitted a ticket to you guys and waiting for your reply. Thanks.
