Loading screen locked out , try , so is character lost , Ideas how fixed it ?

I tryed restarted ps4 loading screen locked out , tryed , power ps4 down , tryed log in no party chat , and with party chat ? Is there a way to fixed it , or are we screwed , minute before it , got ps4 error to report.

So is game bunk for me . ?
