Servers Currently Down [7/20] - BACK UP

Update: 2:20PM: Servers should be back up now.

We're aware that #NWPS4 is currently experiencing issues and are looking into it. Thank you for your patience.

    Every time go to the enclave my character freezes and "server not responding" pops up. It even happens sometimes in other areas like Blacklake . I know it's not my internet connection as I'm able to play other online games (e.g. Destiny) with little to no issues. I loved this game on PC and even purchased the early access onyx pack, but to this point it's been unplayable

    The game just launched and the servers are overloaded. Happens in every MMO just need to try and be patient. It doesn't mean its okay but its a part of playing the genre in a launch week

    So i got disconnected from the game while playing and now when i try to get back in the Play button is greyed out. I've tried restarting my console but to no avail. Is there maintenence on or is this a known issue?

    The title says it all. The option to play is grayed out. Has anyone found a workaround?

    So I played Neverwinter on Monday and skipped playing on Tuesday because I knew that the influx of new people was going to be crazy. Tried to log in today and my "PLAY" button is grayed out!

    Now I'm one of the players that has been playing since the 12th. I dl'd the patch and now I can't play anymore. What the heck is going on, PWE?

    I have the same problem, I Can't play now. What it's the problem?

    at the start ,the button play is grey and i don't press it....i don't play i am very hungry for this....

    I have the same problem, I Can't play now. What it's the problem?

    close game and re open play should not be greyed out
