"1 Character Slot" missing in the "First Time Buyer's Pack"

Hello Everyone,

I've transferred some ZEN and received the "First Time Buyer's Pack"
I opened it and founded everything but the "1 Character Slot".
It's not on the mail and neither on my bag. I checked the NPG for special reward and didn't find anything.
Logged out, logged in... nothing.

Any help, please?

    Look at the character screen. At the bottom it will show used/total slots.

    I did and I had only 2 slots total... It was a bug, now it has been fixed with the new patch :-)

    i heard about the patch and some reason i didn't get mine on pc

    The patch was live before your post, that's why I said look at screen. It was fixed before you posted.
