As a long time D&D fan I'm curious if the Druid class will ever hit Neverwinter and if there will be very unique races like Vampire or Werewolf in the future?

Yes to the werewolf, but unfortunately you can't become a werewolf yet? Druid would be a good idea as well.

Vampires and Vampire Drow already exist as NPC/mobs. At a certain level, werewolves will spawn in the stronghold to fight.
The race/class discussion is located on the PC forum as it was here first and changes to classes will not be platform specific.
Druid is one of the most highly requested classes to date. I expect it to be added sooner, rather then later. Most likely, once cryptic is happy with the current balance pass. So perhaps as soon as mod 11 or 12.
Vampire and Werewolves wont ever be a race or class option. D&D books has them as an affliction, not a starting condition. So, rather then some generic pale human as default vampire stand in. D&D allows vampire elves and vampire dwarves. And they can do so without rewriting their class, allowing them to still be fighters, wizards, or clerics.
So, in order to do them right. It would have to be a new set of powers, skills, and abilities above and beyond race and class. This would be overpowering without some kind of downside. And how can you really do a down side in a game with no day/night cycle, no silver weapons, no town guards, and no viable alternate player town? So, its not something I honestly see Cryptic ever doing.
