Dwarven Valley Black Ice Domination Bugged

Instance 2 of dwarven valley has had the black ice domination encounter up for over 30 hours. When you enter the pvp area to participate, it says "Capture control points to reveal the mother lode". However, the 3 capture points do not appear on the map, and if you stand on one, nothing happens.
