Unable to hear anyone in party.

I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong but I can't hear anyone in a party. My mic is plugged in the control I can see other people's mics light like they are talking. I have even unplug the mic from the control and I can't hear thru the tv speakers even tho I can see the mics light up. Am I missing something here?

Clear your save data. This happened to me and then I tested in another MMO, had sound and could speak, cleared save data for the game and then I had my voice chat back.

I have this problem as well. Clearing save data does not fix this problem. Voice via PS4 bluetooth headset works fine on every other game and I have incoming volume maxed.

I have the same issue. I turned down the voice volume to 0 and now even though i hit default settings and save it still has no volume, i see the icons light up indicating that the other players are speaking but no sound. its like the settings don't actually change back properly

Okay, I was using the PS4 bluetooth headset and upon switching to the inexpensive earbud that come packaged with the PS4 or using a set of Android earbuds and plugging into the controller; I was able to hear and talk to people. Perhaps it's a NAT/router issue and comms for bluetooth and the controller use different ports????
