    Same here. This needs to be addressed. There are a lot of posts on several threads of people not getting the additional character slot.

    i was gonna buy500 zen just for this but ot till its fixed

    I also did not get a character slot with my first time buyers pack.

    same happen to me. I am sure they are just logging the issues and figuring out the cause before the post an answer. Perhaps might even be waiting until official launch (the 19th) to put out a patch fixing it? Fingers crossed!! :smiley:

    I have the same problem dont get my additional character slot , i submiteda ticket for it.

    The slot will be accessible after the first routine server maintenance which should be this coming Tuesday

    once you make a purchase you can claim it and it will show up in any one of your characters mail, as far as i know that is random. the only thing that is not showing up is the character slot

    I sent in a ticket yesterday got a response today

    "Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.
    I understand you are having trouble claiming all your rewards from the First Time Buyer's Pack. The issue was confirmed by the developers, and will be fixed as soon as they are able in a future maintenance. The character slot will be awarded automatically applied to your account, and no further action is necessary on your end. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience in this matter."


    It's nice to know they are aware of the issue and are correcting it, but would be nice for a few something somethings for our time.

    Same issue here.

    I haven't even received anything from the pack, anyone know if they disabled it until the extra toon slot bug is fixed?

    *update* If you have more than one toon look on your other guys they will more than likely have the box

    I got my character slot but I can't get my first pack in protector enclave
