Guild member active/inactive

Ok, so we are allowed to have 150 people in our guild. As a guild leader sometimes I find it difficult to sit there and figure out who has been an active player for the month and who has not. It would be nice if we had a filter button that would let us now who was and who was not active. This way if we have people that have been inactive for a set period of time we can just remove them from the guild. This is also compounded by the fact that some players like to play off line so now we have to look at the mimic to see whether they have been active or not by whether or not they have donated into the mimic. Remember not all players have mic's so it's not like you can invite them to a party chat. Is ther anything that you can do to make this a little easier for us guild leaders? Pls advise.
