Item comparison errors

When playing solo, I am able to compare a new item (in my inventory/bag) to an item I have equipped by hovering over that item (just like on PC).

However, when in a group of 1 of more players on PS4, the ability to auto-compare items in this fashion doesn't function as designed. I have confirmed in and out of party play, on 2 separate characters.

Hello, I'm having this problem too. I can confirm that turning off voice chat DOES fix this.

(remember to press square for save & exit after disabling voice chat)

Indeed, comparing items when in group wouldn't work, only solo. I will disable in-game chat then, thanks!

Thank you! Having to remember each item in the inventory and then having to compare each one individually is annoying as hell.

im glad someone else reported this as i was trying but the forums wont let me post new threads

Why should voice chat affect this as I would like to use voice chat? Is this by design or is it still a bug and this is a workaround?
