Is the AP bug back?

For the last couple of days my guildies and I cannot defeat Epic Spider. I am a 3.5K HR and the rest of my teammates are 2.7K plus. I have now tried with PUGs and higher level players and cannot defeat a dungeon that was a quick run with the same players last week.

Has anyone else noticed the same in the other dungeons?
