As a guild leader ist very hard to see who is online who is plaing or not. It would be nice if a guild leader can see the last login in Neverwinter only to see if people are playing or not. Or it would be nice that you get set to inactive after 2 weeks not playing and the guild leader can see inactive for 2 weeks 4 weeks or longer.
It would also improve guild management much when you can see how many guild marks people earned - this week - this month - all the time. So you could easily see who ist donating or not.
Please implement some tools to mange a guild - the way it is now it is not good.

It is just way too hard to manage a Stronghold roster without seeing something like Guild Marks Points earned in a day/week/month/all-time. The above method, plus a spread sheet in the morning with Influence donations takes some time and much more is needed. Really this should have been a no-brainer for development with the costs and resources needed to build a stronghold community.
And then if we run a contest (total gems donated, ect) we do the same. But scrolling through the list it very time consuming, then you have to compare toon names to gamertags, and pray that the lilith that donated this is the one your thinking and not the other one.
When it comes down to removing inactives Im still trying to figure out if InvalidUsername means they deleted the game or havent played that character in that long....

Running contests are crucial for guild morale (and upgrades!) yet incredibly taxing on the guild admins. Before we decided to limit our activity identifier to simply influence, I had been spending 2-4 hours every 12 hours to document donations. This greatly impacts the admin's playing time and, to be frank, is a total annoyance.
Please, please, please give us better tools and i will be more than willing to help test or give feedback... as i have been complaining to our other officers and brainstorming on this for almost 5 months now.

When it comes to activity you can always ask your members to put a comment saying the current month so this way you know who is active or not, but its still does not define donations and stuff.
Personally i would like that a system where the guild could have "inactives" over the 150 gamertags. Like for exemple you plan to go away for a while, you can put yourself in inactive and still retain your place in a guild. There could be a 48 hours probation before going back to main roster and of course you would loose Boons for the time being as inactive, but that way you would still keep a place in your guild without the hassle of being invited back
Total Guild Marks earned in any interface even if it was just on the character and maybe achievements beyond that 60K donation one, like 500K and 1 million.

Nested characters by gamer tag in the guild roster would be handy
A way to see who in on your SH map and a way to chat with other guild members that are on your SH map other than spamming the alliance chat.
I think we definitely need a way to sort or group or find coffer donations by type and player. Or perhaps create a guild member score where their 'contribution' to the guild creates some sort of score that can be presented to guild leaders. IMO there are things that might be obvious like time in guild, donations to date but some other things could be important as well...

As it stands right now, I have to go in and either make notes or inspect every single character in roster which can take 90+ minutes of my 'playtime'. So instead of helping people enjoy content and improve the love of the game for others, I am looking at the roster...ugh

I think it's been like that for awhile, I wonder if it's a work in progress or just something that never got impemented
I run a tiny guild, and the frustration I feel at having to manually check activity logs must be amplified to the verge of insanity for someone running a big guild with hundreds of characters.
I like that the new guild stuff in 11.5 shows that its still a "thing" in the minds of the devs, but some more functionality would go a long way to helping guild leaders.
The last column on the guild list is switchable between member/officer comments - adding "last online" to this rotation would be extremely helpful.
