Also it's +5% damage per rank down from +12% (roflmao).
- Binding arrow no longer procs roots. Binding Arrow has had its cooldown reduced by roughly 25%. - Steel Breeze (melee version of Constricting Arrow) now has 3 charges. There is a 3 second CD between each cast. Steel Breeze now deals roughly 80% more damage. - Unflinching Aim now also reduces the cooldowns of your ranged powers by 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5 seconds for each aimed shot cast. - Thorned Roots: when hitting a control immune target immediately deal 250/300/350/400/450% of your weapon damage, previously did not scale. - Gushing wound initial hit deals 3x more damage and DoT deals roughly 30% more damage. - Hawk eye now does 15% of your next encounter power used within the next 5 seconds and 7.5% of allies encounter powers. - Commanding Shot deals roughly 50% more damage and cooldown reduced by about 15% - Oak Skin healing increased by roughly 3.5 times. - Split the Sky now also deals damage periodically snares targets. - Thorn Ward now has an additional 6 seconds duration per additional point added to it. Thorn Strike (melee version) now deals reduced damage if it hits more than 1 target. - Rain of Arrows radius increased from 6' to 10' and cooldown reduced by 10%. Rain of Swords deals 30% more damage and states it has a charge refill, although it has yet to have any charges added. - Split Strike received a 40% damage boost. - Marauder's Escape range stance version now deals physical damage. Putting points into it increases the damage it deals by 10% instead of giving action points. - Cold Steel Hurricane deals 40% more damage. - Aimed shot is no longer interrupted when you take damage.
Not all at impressed with the changes dug up so far. Only thing I can see helping my Archer is the increase of the RoA radius. Don't see the point of adding charges to RoS as it applies a DoT effect. Giving damage to Marauder's Escape is a joke - shows the devs are still clueless about HR. Not even anything for my poor Combat HR to get excitred about :c

Effect is stackable and grants 10,3%(?) debuff on enemy. I need this test more.
Ambush debuff need have a specific requirement to stack, prob i stacked this by using Bear Trap. Debuff granting with one stack from 5% to 15% debuff.
To use Gushind Wound, HR need be close to the target and have him targeted, so perhaps they did fix situations where you missed apply a Gushind Wound to the target.

Its a big buff, take it at that. Whether or not its viable, idk.
It was trash and absolute garbage before, it still is now. Only reason GF's used it is because of the Commander's Strike buggy multiprocs.
@rinat114 can you check if steel blintz is benefiting from buffs and debuffs, because someone reported that it is dealing critical hits.
Last time I checked it does benifit from buffs/debuffs, but limited, not like the Lostmauth set and it didn't reach crazy HAMSTER numbers like the set did. I'll give it another check.
Yep - [17:21] [Combat (Self)] Critical Hit! Your Steel Blitz deals 42159 (33196) Physical Damage to Target Dummy. It did not crit before when I checked though, worth testing actually.
With some basic comparisons (tooltip damage numbers), most DC powers seem completely untouched. Divine Glow, Chains of Blazing Light, Prophecy of Doom, and Daunting Light were specifically checked.
All checked class features for both paragons seem unchanged in their tooltip.
Anointed Army still procs on companions, and seems un-nerfed.
This check was not comprehensive, and nothing was tested on dummies.
I've ran an HB - Fury Warlock since I started this game a little over a year ago. Reg1981 was just at 4k and could do some nice DPS. I've stripped him and gave up on my main toon. I see now it was the right move to make.
With MF not procing and TT nerfed the Warlock is not coming back to my starting lineup anytime soon.
@thefabricant It's give or take 5% of my damage, not great but not terrible, it's still inferior to WD though. I have no idea based on what the hell it crits though, the crits were super random and were only 37% of the times it proc, hence surely not based on my crit (which is obviously 100%) yet on another random RNG system somewhere. If it was based upon character's crit it would be a much better option.
the changes do not seem to impact PvP at all, but atleast it made GF and OP on par as tanks ^^ , GF doesn't have the 300% group buff upper hand anymore.
But they still have the bubble and our intercept (KV) is bugged and our self-tank skill got chopped in half.
Anvil of Doom was part of the "1 shot rotation" in PvP right? So there's that. And combat superiority got chopped in half also. ITF 300% nerf effects PVP as well.

You deal 1/2/3/4/5% more damage and Combat Superiority grants an additional 1/2/3/4/5% more damage.
On Live:
Tactical Superiority 1/2/3/4/5% more damage. At the 5th tier of this feat, Combat Superiority will not require that the target hits you first.
Iron Focus (Improved Reaction on Live) - 2nd tier Protector feat:
Ferocious Reaction heals you for an additional 2/4/6/8/10% of your max Hit Points. Frontline Surge now has a 20/40/60/80/100% to Taunt and mark the affected Targets.
On Live:
