I have a new artifact belt I want to get to legendary. What level does it need to be before I dump my old legendary belt into it?

    Based on NW Wiki, a Legendary belt grants 929,432 RP only.

    A Legendary Belt requires 4,645,200 RP to upgrade. If the Wiki numbers are accurate, your new belt will have to be at the following level when you sink the old belt:

    1) Around L52 - if you refine during 2 RP event; or

    2) Around L56 - if you refine outside 2 RP event.

    Both scenarios will bring your new belt to L59 and you can top up the balance RP from there.
