Issues with Sahaa Ball - can't kick

So maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I can't seem to kick while playing in a Sahaa ball match. I can volley, but that's it. I've been told the right mouse button should be kick, but it's not...

It's the left Mouse Button to kick and volley.

It cost 48 coppers to buy a new move. Why such a precise number? Did someone calculate it based on something or just pulled that number out of the place where the sun don't shine. Its pretty expensive for something that won't last beyond the event and it seems a typical player might end up with only a few coppers each day. Another reason to sit out another event.
