cant fix my game issue

i tried to make a post for the problems I was having after i would patch my game and when i try to start the game up i noticed i have to wait over 20 minutes where i end up getting this message where i have no idea how to get ride of it since i found uninstall and reinstall did nothing since i did take a screen shot of it https://scontent.fsnc1-1.fna.fbcdn.net/t31.0-8/13641265_1065830133510300_3694521062533976515_o.jpg

    Not sure about this one, it looks more like a game authentication miss-match between your system and Cryptic. Can you check and make sure the date/time is correct on your system, apart from that I would log a ticket with support in the ARC portal.. If you solve it, please post back, curious to hear what would cause that!

    Might is not always right - the powerful sometimes forget that.

    my date and time is correct on my laptop I'm just thinking since my laptop doesn't have a video card i think its why i get that message after waiting 20 minutes
