Arc rewards app not working right

Hey I have a problem with arc rewards it says active user and hi (name) but I have 0 points and I have a lvl 61 and 69 character how do I fix this problem

Put in support ticket. Wait for fix to come...someday. Seriously, I put my ticket in 2 months ago and the response is basically that they are aware of the problem and working on a fix...no deadline.
