Insignia Bonus Bug List

Is there a list of bugs for the Insignia bonus? Do not want to spend any resources trying to get something not working

Read in other places the following

Barbarian's Revelry not working in PvE

Protector's Camaraderie not working with some companions

Also found a reported issue with Protector's Friendship on the PC but could not find anything about it on the Xbox

I can not remember which one but one of them that is not Artificer's Persuasion grants the bonus from Artificer's Persuasion
