There are several different builds in class forum: http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter/#/categories/the-temple

Dc is a hybrid class, however, right now, people are going to expect at least basic debuffing services, in addition to minor heals, the more comfortable you get with the class in all of its roles the better.

If you go AC /DC which I would recommend, you can also gain enough AP to mostly spam Annointed Army, this will basically make even the worst tank able to do orcus. (mostly, Ive seen some tanks even with spammed AA, still lose aggro and then make it nearly impossible for the poor melee standing around him) But hey you cant control everything.

Healing is only a role of the DC.

The worst dcs are the ones who do not adapt and altar to their groups, learn to be adaptable and you will have many friends, if a tank is struggling prop him up, if the group doesnt need a lick of healing, spam as much debuffs as possible, you have residual healing needed, learn what to do , how to do it and when to do it.

These were the staples of the class learnt from the cult of Kaelec. DC isnt about just a build. Its about getting doing what is best for your groups.

Jarek is in my guild, you can review his guide, it will work , but its just a build, learning to use the DC in all of its roll, is the most important function.

I totally agree with you Silverkelt. I did a lot of dungeon runs on my DC and with my friend who play a GF. With our buffs combine we make the team strong and powerful.

Unfortunately there is always a nitwits in the team that has to be the first to attack and bring the whole team in jeopardy, interrupt the rotation we use, or nitwits dies and we have to revive.... and kill adds who could have been avoid.

Pity that some people only look at the final score that they are at the first place with the highest damage instead of thinking at teamwork.
Pity that people don't remember what they have experienced in previous dungeon runs.
Pity that people don't use the most profit from the build they use to benefit the team and learn how to play the char they created.
