Best Runestone/Enchantments for your buck

Hey guys i was just wanting to get some feedback from those who buy enchantments/refinements/runestones in the A.H .. Since its 2x RP's i would like to know the best stones i should buy that arent to pricey that give me the best bang for my buck? I notice the companion enchantments give some nice points... I have a blue horn of lostmauth and would like to get that purple pretty quick lol, which i can if i know the best stones to buy. Also, would like to upgrade my blue off-hand and belt..(belt is already lvl 34 to get purple, so nevermind on that)... but if those could tell me the best for artifact (Horn of blasting) and even the Belt of puissance... that would be great!! Thanks.

Your best bet would be to buy a cheap Artifact of union from the AH and upgrade it, then use that to upgrade your Lostmauth horn with you will get a further multiplier for refining the artifact into artifact.

Thanks.. what level artifact of union?? and what should i buy to plug into the artifact of union? what lvl should i get it to before plugging it into the Horn?

I was thinking its always easier and faster to just buy a HAMSTER load of enchantments or runestones and just plug them into the artifact for double RP weekend?

rank 8 runestones cost around 8k-10k AD and give you 51k refinement points for your artiffact, they also have a chance to crit.
upgrade your feeder artifact until your original artifact hits max lvl. You can preview which lvl your artifact will hit when you throw in your feeder.

Basically when the artifact is of the same type, Union, Power or Stability, you receive a 5x multiplier for refining one artifact into another. During x2 RP, that is a 10X multiplier. Thus every point of RP you put into the feeder is 10X more valuable than putting RP into the target (one you are keeping). I think Waters are the cheapest union artifact right now, but a blue one and refine it to at least level 59 and feed into the horn, if you want more levels there plenty of guilds.

All of the runestones give the same RP towards artifacts, so buy whichever is least costly. You can also just hit the lower levels with gobs of runestones as the matching artifacts are pricey, but going from level 1 to level 140 is over 10 million RP with about half of those points needed to get through the orange levels.

Ok i got ya. so basically buy a artifact of union... put a bunch of refinements into it.. get it to epic.. then take that epic artifact of union (which is now epic/purple) and drop it into the lostmauth horn of blasting??? How many Points do u usually get doing that?

Ok thanks! and thats the best way to lvl up my Golden Belt of Puissance... Is there a feeder for that? or should i focus on like resonance stones? or something in particular to get me to at least purple quicker?

Personally If I were you go slot Fey n' Dragon Hoards with the mount refinement bonus(idk the name... -.- ) You'll get enough refinement between the 2x Events to get your gear Ranked up without really having to deal with the AH(personal opinion), waste of AD on RP. :P Investing would be the only thing I would do with the Unbound RP.
