Can the developer make the que so that there will be unlimited player to reinforce a dungeon? I m tired of people join and leave for no reason till the message "No player will be set to reinforce the party" appear. All effort is wasted.

You want the devs to find people to join a queue when there obviously aren't people already joining the queue?
I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.
No. From what i observed when u see the "No player will be sent to reinforce the party" message pop, no one will be able to join ur dungeon despite there are people queing for it. i dont want that to happen.

Only that should not happen if you're in a public queue group. And if you queue solo using the K window, I don't think you even can run private groups. If you're using /LFG or any other channel to form a party the group leader can set things to private. In that case there will be no-one joining after someone leaves. If this happens in a public queue group it would appear to be a bug.
This happen in public que..after a certain number of player join and leave, that message will pop and by then, no one will be able to join the dungeon. Its like its limited to a certain quota. Once the quota is meet, the que stop looking for player.
edit: u can test it if u want..when the message pop..ask a friend or two to join the que.
It was added as an anti kick feature. If you kept kicking you eventually wouldn't be reinforced.
The problem is..no one is kicked..some people just join and leave without trying..dissatisfied with the party composition maybe? i dont know and no my problem..i just dont want my effort i put in a dungeon to be wasted just because of these people.

Join the legit channel, its not a bad place to start engaging the player community, you can branch out from there as you progress in game.
There are guilds that do not require i levels as well, take a look at a few, with the alliance structure, you should always have like 30+ people on in any well built alliance to pull from.
Pugging was , will be and always .. always be the worst option.
In fact the queues are so bad, you can wait for 20+ mins to get into anything.

Yeah, it's a stupid reaction to what used to be a serious problem. Rather than overhauling the kick system, showing WHO started the kick vote and increasing the number of favorable votes to kick to unanimity (that is, 3 out of 3 in a 5man party), they just implemented an obscure system (you don't really know when it will kick in, you don't even get a counter or a timer for that to know that if you have another kick or quit you won't be getting reinforcements anymore, nothing) that will stop sending reinforcements once too many kicks (or quits) happen. A textbook example of how to solve a problem in the worst manner as possible, creating a whole new problem that is probably even worse than previous one.
Thanks but yea..i m already in legit channel and i got a guild that run dungeon quite often. Sometime i still join PUG, just to keep PUG healthy and alive to new player. But this que system pissed me off...
I like the limited reinforcement since it discourages kicking. I would like to see smarter reinforcement. Don't send another DPS into a CN instance when there is no tank and/or heal. Most people would prefer to wait a bit for the next tank/heal than having to cycle through a number of DPS players and hitting the limit.
And as with everything, it can be abused. After all, the one entering and leaving existing parties looking for an optimal one walks away free. Essentially this is grieving and the PvP leaver penalty should really apply to PvE as well to those leaving voluntarily. I barely hear or see any complaints about it on these forums though. Perhaps if more people would, Cryptic would add the leaver penalty to PvE public queues as well. They should have done so from the start. Better safe than sorry. If this becomes a new hype among the poopdecks in this game PuGging is doomed.
While there's a certain rationale to this, I still wouldn't like it. I value my time. Enough that I don't want to sit around waiting for Mr. Noobpants to realize he's fighting mobs all by himself and the party is waiting for him at the door. Enough that I don't want to sit around while a bunch of minimum ilvl's who are too weak to even be carried to victory endlessly struggle against their weakness (for the record, I PUG most of my skirmishes and dungeons, because I'm powerful enough to carry most groups, but some are just too incompetent/weak). Enough that I'm not going to play a game that bans me from playing it for 30 minutes because I don't want to be frustrated by a game.
If you want to add this feature in, you're going to need non-epic versions for weaklings to learn the ropes and raise the ilvl requirements by a fair amount. Of course then you have people upset that it takes longer to get to "endgame" dungeons and skirmishes. But, honestly, we all know those ilvl requirements are a bald-faced lie, anyway. Maybe if they added back in all of the level 60 gear they nuked people would like it more. It might be nice to run a level 60+ shores of tuern that dropped some of those old purple gear items. Similarly for other epic dungeons. And you're an "epic" hero at level 60, anyway, according to this game.

PUG is the last solution for me if current players from legit doesn't want to run a dungeon that I want to run. And I am always in the dead hour when legit became absolutely silent for about 2 hours and hoping to get any responses from chat.

Personally, I wouldn't mind if a fine was imposed against those voting to kick. The person being kicked invested their time and effort to get to the last door and should get something for that investiture.

This system implemented to stop adding people to bugged dungeon runs.I remember queueing into finished Epic Cragmire Crypts or bugged event maps like Respen's for hours until some GM close it manually because instances wont close properly.Never happened since this system came online
