So I play a healing/(de)buffing cleric and it kind of disappoints me that combat advantage only provides more dmg. As a healer/ buffer I dont care for my personal dmg output. My healer is built to be fully supportive and wont take any advantage out of combat advantage.
I for one would appreciate a rework of this mechanic to add additional benefits so non- dps classes can also benefit of.
My suggestion for healers would be +15% healing bonus or healing spells provide +20% temporary hit points for the party.
Explanation for immersion could be: As the "leader" you are always aware of the current situation. You analyze the foes battle tactics to react with your own strategy. Your general overview is improved and you are now able to focus more on your abilities.
For tanks + 10% dmg resistance or + x% of temporary hit points.
Explanation for immersion: As the protector you stand face to face to your foes, with your allies in your back you fill with confidence and adrenaline.

Maybe other players feel the same way.
And the combat advantage could probably get an own option that lets everyone choose which bonus the player wants to receive (+heal, +dmg etc.) simliar to the off-hand reroll feature.
