TR's twisted set vs the Drowned Set...

So I am slowly starting to build up my twisted Ichor towards a new artifact weapon. I like my Drowned set that gives me some extra healing while I kill stuff but the bonus in the twisted set sounds nice. Thoughts from those who have the twisted set and have used the drowned set as well?

    Players prefer Drowned for pvp, Twisted for pve all the way, if u miss healing when u change to twisted get some lifesteal.

    Drowned is also an easily obtainable good weapon at low iL, which will help you to get your twisted set. I was easily able to tackle eDemo with it and sub-optimal lifesteal.
