Auction House issues ongoing

yes im having problems along with my friend, iv only got some small items stuck on auction, meh what ever, but my buddy has heavy inferno nightmare and owlbear both stuck on auction house, this issue has been going on for 2months +, please fix this

    Sorry for hijacking your thread mate, but since this game's quest design is poor at best and they don't let new player post their own thread (who ever thought new player could use help?) I have to.

    I started playing this weekend because m friends were peer pressuring me, so I gave in. A few hours later (after finishing a few quests) I decided to join them on a quick run near the stronghold, and now I realize that was the worst mistake ever. I ranked up so much that I'm now locked-out from finishing the quests that would unlock the Auction House, as well as a few other quests in Portobello.

    What are my options at this point? Do I have to delete my character and start over?
