Not clear on the question but it appears the Rebel Mercenary has same debuff as sellsword and con-artist. The Rebel Mercenary was a limit promo account wide unlock. You must upgrade it to Epic however to unlock the debuff.
thanks means 10% debuff on defense, increase by 10% the dommage ?
At level 30 the Wicked Strike gives the debuff, It has a CD of 2 sec. Unless the debuff has an internal CD of 1 sec, it should be 100 % up

well its the final strike of Wicked Strike so will probably take 2 seconds to proc. Maybe someone with a sellsword or con-artist have tested the uptime? I believe @thefabricant has done some testing but I can't find anything specific in this regard. I know he recommends the sellsword for the cw debuff builds.

The uptime on the sellsword is basically this in this sense. If it's properly positioned or if you have something like AA up to protect it from dying, it will spam enough to keep it up easily. If it however dies or gets knocked back far away from the enemy/mobs it made contact with, that debuff/uptime seems to only last 3 seconds
So with wicked strike taking 2 secs, seems it's like a one sec difference between the two if I'm explaining it right

hmmm maybe, so basically 2 seconds to stack at the start of combat, then 66% up time if he doesnt die, fall behind, get knocked back, etc?

The best way for me to word it is it takes 2 secs to get the debuff up & it lasts 3 secs. I did a timer on it before & just did one on it again & it seems it's that. So it's 100% uptime really, as long as it's not interrupted at all by any dying, fall back, knock backs as you mentioned.
The Rebel Mercenary has a weird attack sequence. In the log, you can see it's: "Wicked Strike (Pn.X9fcy6)" -> "Wicked Strike3 (Pn.Tu0c87)" -> "Wicked Strike2 (Pn.Pfmbi7)"
So the "3rd" strike actually precedes the "2nd" strike. The debuff seems to be applied by "Wicked Strike3 (Pn.Tu0c87)". There's significant lag after the sequence. When uninterrupted, the companion does a full sequence about every 3.7 seconds. The debuff is up 100% of the time if the companion is uninterrupted. When used against a target dummy, the debuff increases damage by 10%.
Also, the companion's damage is significantly front-loaded. The first strike does about 71% of the damage. Strike3 does about 17% and Strike2 about 12%.
for debuff/buff build, will the rebel be a better pet than the Harper Bard? The Bard description doesnt mention any % on his buff... have someone tested it ?
