You can do it now but no via the bank. Use the exchange. Put in a bid to buy zen at 100AD (make sure you are definitely on the buy page not sell). Go to other character and cancel that offer and then withdraw from exchange.

This is a known and approved method for sharing AD between characters. Just thought I would mention that. When you are first learning it, it does make you worried cause you think you might mess it up, but it's something me (and thousands of other players) have been doing for years. Personally, I've only had a problem when I first started (wasn't paying attention and was on the "sell Zen" tab, oops).

Yea, but the ZAX being such an uncomfortable option is not a solution. They could and should add this feature, just like many other features that have been requested thousand of times (like item locking or skill&gear loadouts).

Using the Zax you are almost never able to transfer all of your AD. If you have like 57,632 AD you can transfer 55K or if you take your time and do some math even more... but still not all.
Also, there is always a risk that you end up selling your AD for too less or some insane person actually sells zen for 50 Ad each and you buy them quite cheap (which was not the original intention). If using the shared bank you can transfer ALL of your Ad without any risks... and some super rich players have a place where they can store their AD when they already hit the AD cap of 100 million.

It is not that difficult... just do every thing in multiples of 100. So always put the buy price at 100 and then the amount is just the 1st 2, 3 or 4 figures of your characters current AD.

So if he has 423592 AD... Just put the amount of Zen to buy as 4235.

I have 8 Alts... when they Invocate each day and reach 10k or so AD, I transfer it over like the method above. If one of them sells something good then same method to transfer over to my main.
Main - Rydia (HR70) - Xbox One Player only
    Alts :
Storm (SW70), Edge (TR70), AD Farm (CW70), Grunt (GF70), Rosa (DC70), AD AD AD (GWF70), Your Mum (OP70)

It is still uncomfortable to do maths just to transfer your AD instead of just being able to "copy and paste" and there is still the risk that if you do not pay too much attention that you end up selling your AD.

If it worked just like the trade bar storing mechanic it would be totally dyscalculia friendly and idiot-proof.

I do the method dexcrived above but it would be better if there was an alternative method lie the bank.
"So if he has 423592 AD..." In BUY I would put 4234 buy price 100 then another post of 1 @ buy price 192.

But I would like a better way to exchange Professional Assets and Resources between characters.

lol really. If you have 57632 AD then you put up an offer to buy 576 @ 100 and sure you are left with 32AD. Why on earth would you do 550. Just always drop the last 2 digits and buy that much for 100. simple.

luigipr31's approach is meant to allow you to transfer all of your AD.

And yeah, even though one can do this buy/sell post/cancel thing, I believe it is cumbersome. Given that Cryptic has no problem with players transferring AD from one character to another, they should duplicate the gold deposit feature in the bank to apply it to AD; that doesn't take weeks of development time (roughly a day) and would make a lot of people happy... But again, it doesn't benefit their wallets directly... We all know the story.

mot sure if its true but someone mentioned that on the PC you can no longer use this method as your post has to be purchased before you can withdraw???

No that can't be true otherwise they'd have to remove the cancel option completely. I've heard nothing from PC players saying they've nerfed moving your AD between characters - there'd be a riot.

    qft

I have some AD in the exchange already so when I want to move it from a character then I have to use all the AD in the exchange first...even tho the exchange AD is there to trade the Zen/AD exchange.

I should be able to change AD from one char to another without having to mess with my AD Exchange pool

I agree this does not directly effect their wallets but this is a problem that is shared by people who aquire AD....me by purchasing Zen from the game during certain times.

So the more difficult they make things like this for me the less likely I will keep spending cash on Zen.

It does effect their wallet directly if they had any kind of customer service vision....

Honestly it seems every week I am coming to these boards and posting about something the game is doing that is annoying me.

Starting to wonder if the people who design this game are just hustlers....doing the bare min to provide a service while sucking up all the money they can from that bare min service.
