More and more little issues. Is that the new quality standard?

I think we all know the challenges the devs face around here every day. Small team, old software, cruel timelines from management, no solid planning from production. That's nothing you can change and I think the devs actually do their best given the environment they work in.

There have always been bugs, design miscues and the balancing issues, but this is stuff that you sometimes can't fully anticipate or test. So whatever, welcome to playing a game.

Additionally though I have encountered more and more little issues that pile up and really soak the fun out of the game. A wrong tooltip here and there is annoying but doesn't spoil anything, but once you release four or five of such things at the same time, you start questioning quality standards. I'm not even talking about alliances launching without alliances. Albeit hilarious this more or less fits the bug category mentioned above. But looking at the current Jubilee, I count the following minor issues:
  • The daily quests do only reset if you complete the skirmish once per day. This isn't mentioned anywhere.
  • The event gift states that player"s" are getting rewards, but only the targeted player receives one. This might be a bug or an incorrect tooltip.
  • The new lesser companion boosts enhance the companions for a flat increase. I thought the tooltips were missing a %, but they are apparently not. This might be wai and HAMSTER or bugged with an incorrect tooltip.
  • The daily Figurine doesn't reset on 3 AM pacific like other quests but seems to be on a 20-hour cooldown. Inconsistencies are annoying, especially undocumented ones.
  • The Protection Orders quest has some kind of internal cooldown (two or three hours?). This is undocumented.
  • Some ZEN market vouchers are not useable because their categories have been moved to the Tradebar store.
  • The purple ZEN market vouchers have an incorrect tooltip that states a 40% discount. The vouchers are applying the correct discount in the store though.
Nothing in the list is truly game-breaking, but it combines for a less than stellar experience. Is there even somebody double checking from production? How can ZEN vouchers for categories that no longer exist make it to the game? Why are functionalities from items vaguely, not or even wrongly described in the tooltips? And why are newly introduced items completely useless?

What's the issue here? Laziness? Overstraining? Or are the usual control mechanisms just forgotten or even intentionally skipped?

And there are more every patch too, the new boon that gives you a red glow, the wrong mount animations and let's not even start about skills interaction and power into the millions all in all it leaves a bad taste.
Please fix Zhentarim Warlock companion's skill "Arcane Warping" to the originally intended "Arcane Boost"

Pure -> Transcendent Plague Fire weapon enchantment giving 80damge/20 seconds for 500k+ AD is a joke.

OffT - one of the ones in the last tier of maze engine boons gave you the look of a lesser bloodtheft on your armor - dunno if it is fixed as my enchant is overlapping it.

I still have a very bad taste from PWI getting cryptic and taking with it one of the best TT games I had the pleasure of playing, but when your partner (Atari) pulls out of the venture, you can only do what you can do, which usually involves grabbing your ankles and squealing like a pig.

But, they are still making the same mistakes they made back then that they are making now and I chalk it up to just a desire to do the bare minimum for the maximum return. So a very nice blending of what I call Lazicompetance.
