Arcane Power Field - CW Passive - Not working

So since I've now reached a point where Power Points are no longer an issue, I thought I'd play around with stuff to see if there was other options. Considering the rate at which dailies can be fired off, Arcane power Field seems like it could potentially be of use.

I've only;y got 1 point in it, however no matter which daily I cast, it does not proc at all - I don't see any Arcane Power Field buff in my buff bar (since it centers on you, I'd assume that it would be a buff on you). I also do not see any damage proccing off any mob/dummy I've tried this on. There is also no debuff in their bars to say they are affected.

I also made sure companion was desummoned, and that after the daily was cast nothing else was attacking - the passive simply does not work at all.

Looking through the forums, the only thing I can see is this: http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/559269/arcane-power-field-no-longer-procing-off-of-furious-immolation - looks like this passive has potentially been broken since just after Mod 6 launched?

Im seeing zero damage procs after a daily is cast. I need to reinstall ACT to verify there, but it should show a damage number for each tick? Also Should it not show in your buff bar it a count down on how long it lasts?

It does proc, but it does miserable amounts of damage. Without any buffs or debuffs I see it hitting for under 100 damage per cast, making it effectively useless.

its not displayed in form of yellow numbers, but you can safely see hits when you browse your log tab and use damage done only by self. Arcane Power Field also do not any debuff or buff, so there is nothing to display like Spell Storm. Well Spell Storm you at least see when it hits in graphical form but many others do not.

I'm afraid though that Frost Wave/Field doesn't immobilise for 1 second after daily is cast though.

It does, but its effected by control resistance so.....
