I suspect that a lot of the game crashes may be due to hard drive problems. I would suggest opening a dos prompt in administrative mode (different ways for Win7/8/10, so Google yours), then run: chkdsk c: /r (replace C with whatever drive NeverWinter is installed on) Blurb will come up about running on next restart - Y to accept, then restart your system. Be aware that this process will take about 2 to 4 hours depending on the size of your hard drive, so do it after you have finished your play/work. It may not help, but it certainly won't hurt. Note the GUI way does not always work, as some antivirus products interfere with the GUI, but the cmd version usually always works...
