Small guild looking for an Alliance to join

"That's How You Get Ents" is looking for an Alliance to join. We are hoping to find some friendly people who are not dismissive of players who don't have BIS gear and don't feel the need to maximize their builds and play-styles to match the expectation's of others.
"That's How You Get Ents" has been around since shortly after the game launched, but we have always been very small (for most of the last two years we have had only 3 active players). We enjoy playing together when our RL schedules permit and have managed to get our Guild Hall to level 5 and most members have between 3 and 9 - lv. 70 characters.
We are not big fans of "serious" gaming that requires constant Epic runs, dedicated PvP, or large investments of cash.
We would like to join an alliance so that we can experience some of the content we have been unable to attempt, but we also like helping others so would be willing to fill in on dungeon runs and such as our time permits.
Statistics: currently 6 active players. CST/EST, English speaking, mostly evening hours (between 6pm and 8pm) or weekends (Sat am/Sun afternoon-evening)
