The helm guild in our alliance can not see Alliance chat. I'm the only one that has it and the rest of my guild can't access it.

    Maybe they disabled it somehow in either their personal chat settings or in guild settings?

    Check your guild permissions. The Alliance channel is tied to the guild channel permissions.

    So if you are the only one able to access it I would assume you have disabled guild chat for lower ranks.​​
