Party Members entering minor dungeons (ie Dead Rats - Blacklake) in different instances

in Bug Reports (PC)
This is a party of two entering Dead Rats Lair in Blacklake District and finding they're in different instances of the same Lair. Both are in the same guild and are linked as a party. WTF is going on?

    This is still happening to me and a friend daily. Have you found a way to resolve it?

    The only thing that seems to work is to log out, then log back in. This same thing happens in Foundry quests from time to time.

    Also has been happening in Biggrin's Tomb for several months now.
