Arc points not updating.

I put in a support ticket because i had the same issue.

Great job by support on this. Got an initial "we got your info" email after the weekend last week and another a couple days ago that it was fixed. One of the support guys went in and manually awarded my points.

Submit your ticket and they'll help.

Good turn around time, much appreciated.

They probably just wont. app been broken twice as long as NW even been out on Xbox. Lame.

I know but this will be a weekly discussion new topic thread. Because I am going to be super annoying until they fix it as annoying as I can be. @mimicking#6533 @strumslinger. Because I am just tired of all the broken stuff involved in this game. I want to continually remind them of this fail as I would be ashamed if I left broken stuff for my customers.

Linking MimicKing in this thread will not help. He works for Cryptic. Arc App is not developed by Cryptic. It's a PWE thing. I do not recommend spamming new topics about this either, as we will just end up having to close them. I will speak with Andy about this issue more on Monday, ok?

Thanks but no thanks. I appreciate you talking to Andy but I'm tired of things being swept under the rug. I've earned the right to complain. The only breath of life that keeps these forgotten relics alive is the few whom still care enough to throw out friendly reminders. Close this thread, fine by me but like I said I'll open a new one again in time. Telling me I'm not helpful by bringing up a broken topic is indeed not helpful imo.

I really do hope you read through full Rules and Policies before you talk about wanting to violate them. I do understand your frustration with the app. I play on Xbox too. Luckily for me, I play on PC too and just get my Arc points there. I'm owed several thousand on Xbox though, and do hope they fix it soon. But spamming the forums about it is not going to get it fixed any quicker. It's just going to end up getting you into trouble.

Have you contacted support recently?

I had been waiting for my Arc points to be fixed since around February and 2 weeks ago I sent in another ticket.

I kindly reminded them that I had been waiting 7-8 months and wanted to know when to expect this to be fixed.

They did something and fixed my points. I am convinced now that there is a fix. It must be a manual fix so they probably do not want to sink weeks of time into fixing everybody one by one.

Anyway, long story short, my points were adjusted so they should be able to help others as well.

I was hopefully that the recent xbox update would shake something loose. I really wanted that free mount but it has been so long now that I am over it which is too bad.

I know the feeling. I originally messaged support back around February. Then again about a month later. Then again about 3 months after that. Then finally got a result at end of October. Just pester, pester, pester them. The old "squeaky wheel" quote applies in this case.

It was very annoying because I had everything to get the mount back in February but couldn't get my points. Now here we are in November and I finally have the rewards mount but I threw it on an alt because I no longer need it for my main after having bought mounts for him.

I do not have enough time to "pester" a company that knows I have a problem that I have reported a few times. As i am sure amongst the thousands upon thousands of others whom share the same angst. If I have to "work" to get them to do their job I expect a paycheck in return.

I am not sure what the purpose of the app even is except to redeem codes and count up our points. Since I don't have any codes to enter (I am still patiently waiting for my rainbow panther code) and the app wont add up my points it is just a wasting disk space on my xbox

i have same issue done most of the challenges but still 0 points if they are too lazy to get off there backsides to fix the app then just give us the rewards and close the app down what is the point of the app if its not working and arc are too lazy to fix it
