Annoying Shadowclad noise

Hello everyone, I recently got a lesser shadowclad to try out on an alt character. I'm liking it, but when not in combat it makes a psshh sound every few seconds when the shield pops up. I think it must be to let the player know when it activates and clears the stacks, but anytime I'm in inventory, tradehouse, professions, etc all I hear is the noise. Reminds me of the ticking sound when they first introduced the event tracker. Devs can you please silence this. Or better yet, seriously consider giving us disable/enable visuals on enchantments(see post below). Thank you.

    It isn't just you who can hear it anyone around you will as well, but to them it sound like the negations shields going to work atleast thats how it sounds to me.

    It is super annoying. I don't even have one but when someone in the group does I mute the TV
