Known issue.
Cooldown on level 3 is less then on 4. but Skills ranking up saying that it should be -1sec else (from rank 3).
PS: There is 2 different SWs.
Dark Prayers class feature doesn't give damage resistance buff (Life steal is ok).
sorry but I can test only on ru server.
you can test it by yourselve if you need.
