Lurkers Assault

Ok, I'm a vet rogue, but I have to admit I'm not entirely sure how to use LA. I've only ever used WoB and SE as my dailies in PvE, but I've tried using LA in both test and live environments with different results.

I've popped LA off the back of a late DF stealth DS to try to get the crit bleeds, but when I click LA I don't know whether to pop stealth again or just DF for my life? I've had mixed results where I've seen 500K, 600K hits going in, but still no idea how I did them.

I'm embarassed to have to ask here. I'm a 3.8k TR, and I always thought I knew what to do with my class but I'll be honest, I'm a tad stumped.

Please help.

Thanks
Hammbo

    Try this on bosses:
Stealth>Dazing>Lurkers>Stealth>Lashing>DuelistsFlurry> activate stealth just before DF ends and hit another Dazing.
U can also use DF before all that if u have time but usually there is no time.
Edit: Thats a rotation if you are Executioner, its not that effective if you dont have shadow of demise.

Lurker's at rank4 is a base +30% damage boost + rapidly-refilling stealth bar. On it's own, it's nice, but not stellar.

When combined with the synergies of other abilities, such as MI's Invisible Infiltrator, and Back Alley Tactics (BAT) from the Scoundrel tree, it becomes *very* good.
If Deathknell and Last Moments are also applicable, damage goes into "zomg" levels.

The key is to capitalize on all of the above and, as Russell Crowe once so eloquently put it, to "unleash hell".

This is exactly my rotation, except I replace DS with WR (for the debuff), and my boss damage is generally excellent.

Yep, for bosses definitely use Wicked Reminder. It's fantastic, and buffs not only your damage, but the entire team's. Stealthed WR = insta-3 stacks of -7% DR per stack, so you will be doing noticeably more damage after that. Combined with other buffs like Longstrider's, ITF, Wheel Fire buff, etc., things can add up quickly.

Best general boss rotation for Exe I've found is DF -> stealth before the end for crit bleed + stealth WR (starts SoD) -> Lurker's -> DF -> again, stealth before the end for crit bleed -> stealthed Lashing. Not much time left after that, but throw in another DF if you can or a WR.

I hate paying taxes! Why must I pay thousands of dollars in taxes when everything I buy is taxed anyways!

I never use WR - Seems most always have plenty of ArmPen to not realize any bennies.... Am I missing something?

    Tooltip wicked reminder:

    ".....lowering your Target's damage resistance....."

This means all your attacks benefits from it and also not only yours all your party members dealing more damage.

. . . Seems most always have plenty of ArmPen to not realize any bennies.... Am I missing something?

The tooltip is misleading. WR doesn't operate according to the normal damage reduction/ArPen rules but instead increases all damage against the target by x% even if the attackers have capped ArPen. Or at least that's the way it's supposed to work. There was a fair amount of discussion and testing about it around Mod 6 if you care to search for it, and I haven't heard of any changes.

    Makes sense "Now" - Thanks
