Crafting Failures

I'm trying to craft epic pants and shirts(IT Level 145) for my characters. I have crafted 15 out of 18 I need. I had a few failures; but not too bad. Now I haven't had a success in six straight tries at 60% chance. I read in the forums that there might be a limit to successes in a certain length of time and reset after a period of time. Is this true and if so, how long for the reset. The prices on AH have more than doubled in the past two weeks for crafting supplies I need. Same goes for the shirts and pants(from 40K up to 80K+). I can't afford to by the shirts and pants at that price.

    I have my HR working on Alchemy. He is level 2. I am stockpiling the potions that he makes between research notes. The current stack is about 80 potions. So not impressed.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    Whenever you see a chance of success in this game (think refining, or gathering skill nodes when it was worth it to do so) divide it by 100. There seem to be times when they really do give you the listed chance. Sounds like you hit a good streak, and now it's back to normal.

    Tried to craft a few more times; but no luck. Sent items to my brother; first try. I crafted several items for him with little problems. Now I wonder if there really is a limit to successes in a certain length of time per account?

    most likely there is and they will not aknowledge that like they did with dragon hoard enchantments.
