Why am I getting this message?

I have gotten the following system message at least two times now and i am scratching my head why i am getting them and what they want to tell me:

This channel has a rule that you can not have another channel to run dragon or I'll kick
not invite anyone other than the Zerg 2ºwarning kick

Dragon run Rules :

- DC Astral Seal , do not use
- GF - -Comander strike (lag)
- DC / No astral Seal >> do not use or kick
- Don't use push/ knock back powers"
- Care Full Atack (CA) do not use or kick
- Feet Prism/Tree of justice (Out Paladin)
- OPPRESIVE FORCE - ICY TERRAIN do not use (lagg)
- Shard of the endless avalanche (lagg)
Requeriments :
OP: 3k+ Perfect Plague fire - Perfec Dread plague Fire
GF : 2.8K+ Perfect Plague Fire
GF: 3k Good Buff
DC: BUFF/DEBUFF ... 2.8+Plague Fire Greater
DC: 3K+
GWF - CW - SW : 3 K + VORPAL PERFECT

It looks like it could be a message from a zerg channel, but why the heck is it labeled as "System Notify"?

But the guild message of the day is still labeled with the channel "guild". This message isnt. Its the same channel, that for example, pops up, when you finish crafting tasks.

This is a message from the zerg_impact channel admin. I was booted for being a member of another channel, ridiculous rule.

Can't we just Let the poor freaking skill rest in peace. It is already dead, as it is.

On a side note , you dont need em OP, anyway.
If you do not like the demands / rules of the channel, pick another one.
There is plently to pick from.
