VIP Notifications suggestion

I just ran out of VIP the other day (shock, horror!), and man, the pain without all those benefits!
ANYWAYS, 2 points that came out of it:
1. The time that you start (purchase VIP), is also the same time of day it finishes - not the daily reset time. Fortunately I had claimed my daily chest key, otherwise I would have been severely **** (upset - ya, that was the word...). Is it possible to have a countdown timer when there is less than 24 hours left in the VIP icon?
2. Please send an in-game mail 1 - 2 weeks prior to it finishing, and maybe another the day before, please, if we cannot have the timer? The blurb in the Zen store - I do not pay attention to them, and did not see it until AFTER I had lost my VIP...

Also, can you provide an option to put a pause on the VIP (I will be on vacation for 2 weeks - no Internet, but apart from that, people get sick, lose equipmet, etc). Could possibly be triggered via gateway? Life does happen, and it would be great to know that our investment in the game is valued enough to pause VIP for a set period of time...

I purchased a seasonal pass of vip for 380 days, then my computer died. Thiso being said I lost 7 months of vip time. No refunds bro, just use the seasonal pass until it expires

Better yet... just buy 30 days every month and you will be fine

The burning question is: how can one survive these days without a computer for 7 months?
